Profile
Solomon Mire is a right-arm medium-pacer and a handy lower-order batsman who plays for Centrals. Nicknamed "Solz", he is remembered for his big knocks in the Faithwear Clothing Inter-Provincial One-Day Competition in 2006-07, where he hit 94 against Southerns, an unbeaten 79 against Westerns and 52 not out against Northerns. He admires Brett Lee for his style, speed and consistency and wants to be a pilot if he doesn't make it as a professional cricketer. Cricinfo Staff February 2008
