Profile
Younger brother of England quick Steve, Ben Harmison has taken the batting genes from the family. He has been part of the England Under-19 set-up and scored hundreds in each of his first two first class matches, against Oxford University and West Indies A, who had an attack boasting Daren Powell and Tino Best. In 2007 he hit his maiden Championship century, 101 against Warwickshire although he hasn't fully established a place in the with consistency still being an issue. He is a lively fielder who will also be looking to develop his one-day game. Alan Curr April 2008
